Kenes Group, the world’s leading Professional Conference Organizers of medical and scientific events is looking for a brilliant Account Manager to lead key Kenes’ clients together with his/hers core account team.

His or hers mission would be to:
• Manage a core account team (meeting planner and programme coordinator)
• Develop/maintain close relationships with clients backed by dedicated support/service on a regular basis
• Ensure clients’ needs are clearly understood/addressed internally and in parallel, match clients’ expectations on Kenes’ methodology, capabilities and procedures
• Think/plan strategically, leading to client’s growth/financial success and increased Kenes profit

• Develop long term relationships with Kenes clients, helping them to grow/promote their business
• Partner with clients and generate actionable recommendations, process of execution and implementation
• Responsible for the employee’s professional and personal development and Satisfaction
• Oversee his team development and empowerment
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs; present creative, viable solutions to increase overall business
• Communicate clearly all messages/requests/goals of the client internally to the team, on a regular basis
• Participate in client meetings/collaborate with CRMs to develop/enhance partnerships
• Coordinate with other Kenes departments to resolve client issues/problems to improve level of service
• Design and produce documents/presentations to and for clients; clearly communicate client ROI
• Recognize potential problems early, initiate/apply problem solving process
• Be knowledgeable and accountable for all congress/clients matters
• Responsible for his team delivery and quality

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree – Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales or related fields (extensive, related experience may substitute)
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales/client support, including familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in a sales/client service environment
• Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of CRM – advantage
• English – native or mother tongue level; knowledge of other European languages – advantage
